After many attempts at creating a mask from scratch with multiple photos, this was the best I could do. My brother took this photo of the Eiffel Tower on a trip to France and the cloudy backdrop is a photo taken on a plane flying over Amsterdam. To make it more interesting, I employed the Gradient Map tool and faded it a bit.
